1. You may request for a full refund within 3 days of receiving your items.

2. After 3 days and before 30 days of receiving you may exchange your items for a store credit that never expires. 


The following conditions must be met in order to receive a refund or store credit:  

  1. Be unworn, odor, and damage free.
  2. Within 3 days of delivery for a full refund, within 30 days of delivery date you may get store credit or exchange .
  3. Original tags on.
  4. Unwashed
  5. Unaltered
  6. Original conditions

Non – exchangeable items include: 

  1.      Sticky bras
  2.    Clearance items or final sale items ( anything 50% off)
  3.      Hair accessories
  4.      Jewelry
  5.  Intimates: underwear, swimwear, etc
  6. Masks 
  7. Custom made items 


To get a full refund back please follow these instructions 

1. Refunds for money back must be claimed within 3 days of the date you receive your package. If it its later than 3 days and up to 30 days after delivery, you may exchange your items or get store credit that never expires.

2. Contact with subject refund with in the 3 days after you have received. 

3. We will email you a return label and you will need to ship the items back to us, in the original condition. 

4. Once received we will contact you to let you know that status of the refund or exchange 

If you receive incorrect or manufactured defective items, all claims must be within the first 7 days of delivery.
